SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders require approximately 2 to 4 business days for processing, preparation and carrier scheduling after payment approval. Processing time is separate from the amount of time the shipping carrier requires to transport and deliver the order.

Any delivery estimate provided at checkout or after an order is placed is an estimate only. Actual arrival times may be affected by weather conditions, holidays, freight scheduling, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, regional service interruptions or other circumstances outside our control.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before an order has entered fulfillment. Once processing, packaging, freight scheduling or carrier pickup arrangements have started, cancellation may no longer be available. Orders that have already shipped are subject to the Return Policy rather than cancellation.
